Not on view
Black and white print of a dense outdoor crowd with raised arms and hats, a lone figure standing elevated above them, signed H. Baluschek
Pencil or charcoal drawing with two vignettes separated by a line of German cursive script. Top scene: a rooster and hippopotamus face off on a flat plain, with a bear at left and two tall rock formations topped by perched birds in the center. Bottom scene: a large eagle with spread wings swoops over a bear, with a smaller bird on the ground nearby. Loose, gestural linework throughout.
Lithograph broadside with title 'Germania an ihre Kinder' in decorative lettering at top; charcoal-style illustration of a reclining allegorical female figure gesturing above columns of German text in Gothic script, with a crowd scene rendered in dark, energetic strokes at right; text attributed to Heinrich von Kleist at bottom.
