Carved ivory and lacquer okimono figure shown from behind, depicting a standing figure in a dark brown robe with inlaid ivory crest designs and a small cartouche bearing red Japanese characters, over a cream-colored skirt with finely engraved floral patterns; elaborately styled black hair with a topknot is visible above the collar.
Ivory netsuke of a standing male figure in formal court robes, holding an unrolled scroll in one hand and prayer beads in the other; finely incised floral patterns on the lower garment, dark stained outer robe with textile-pattern detailing.
