Curatorial Notes
Signed and dated 1960 in the upper left corner, this drawing relates to a series of 15 lithographs that Rufino Tamayo created to illustrate Apocalypse de saint Jean (Apocalypse of Saint John), a 1959 publication of the text originally written by Isaac-Louis Lemaistre de Sacy in 1672.
