Sculling Oar for Small Boatlate 19th-early 20th century

Elongated ivory or bone object, tapered at both ends, with carved rope-binding detail at center, a recessed panel, and low-relief scrollwork near the wider end
Ivory or bone writing instrument, elongated and tapered, with incised script along the upper shaft and a small carved decorative element near the rounded tip; a narrow collar marks the midpoint.
