Kriegszeit, no. 59 (mid-December 1915)1915

Not on view
Print on cream paper combining blackletter typeset masthead with a loose, scribbly ink illustration of a kneeling figure with open mouth, arms wrapped around their body
Two pen-and-ink sketches of military cemeteries in Poland, with handwritten German captions. Top: a fenced grave enclosure with a large cross and rows of individual markers receding into the distance. Bottom: an open rural landscape with a tall roadside cross, scattered grave markers, a farmhouse, and bare trees; a standing figure at left.
Print with three pen-and-ink landscape sketches stacked vertically, each depicting open fields with grave mounds and crosses amid sparse trees; handwritten German captions below each scene, with an attribution line at bottom.
Lithograph depicting three soldiers in dynamic poses along a steep diagonal slope, one falling backward with arm raised, one crouching with open mouth, and one collapsed on the ground; loose, expressive linework with cross-hatched shading. Caption reads "Avanti! Avanti!"
