Japanese haori jacket with matte charcoal-black exterior fabric, displayed on a mount with sleeves extended, the interior lining painted with a russet bird in flight over ink-wash pine trees
Silk haori jacket displayed flat, with wide sleeves extended. Gradated ground transitions from warm gray at the shoulders to deep charcoal at the hem. Painted decoration on the back shows pine trees and a golden bird in flight against diagonal light rays.
