Bronze commemorative medal with relief figures of a winged woman holding a torch and a smaller crouching figure above a locomotive, with Spanish text dated 1904
Bronze medal, reverse side, circular with raised Latin-script text reading 'REPUBLICA ARGENTINA' along the top edge and 'MINISTERIO DE O. PUBLICAS' along the bottom, enclosing a central ribbon banner inscribed 'PRESIDENTE JULIO A. ROCA / MINISTRO EMILIO CIVIT,' flanked by relief leaf and branch motifs.
