Pair of silk embroidered panels depicting garden scenes with figures, rockery, and pavilion. Left panel shows a bearded elder in red robes holding a cup, accompanied by a child. Right panel shows a seated woman in pink robes and an elder beside blue decorative rocks and a pavilion with red and gold columns. Flowering peonies, bamboo, and foliage fill the cream background throughout.
Pair of Chinese silk embroidered panels on cream ground, depicting robed figures in garden landscapes with rocks, flowering peonies, and fruit-laden branches, worked in polychrome silk threads with fine satin stitch.
