Woven straw boater hat with flat crown and wide brim, black-edged, encircled by a tricolor ribbon band in deep red, white, and red stripes, displayed on a metal stand.

Pair of leather lace-up boots with white upper shafts and tan toe caps, heels, and trim, featuring dark brown laces, curved cutout wave details near the top, and low curved heels with brogued stitching along the seams.
