Fully open folding fan with ivory pierced sticks, a parchment-colored leaf decorated with gold printed borders, and three painted figurative vignettes in oval cartouches
Painted fan leaf on silk, depicting three 18th-century figures in a garden setting: a man in red coat kneeling beside a seated woman in white, gesturing toward a second woman in blue at right. Central vignette framed by elaborate gold sequin embroidery and floral garlands on a pale silk ground.
