Curatorial Notes

Architectural delineator Carlos Diniz translated architects’ often very technical renderings of buildings to a format easily understood by clients, developers, and the general public. Diniz created alluring drawings of Monarch Bay Homes that were shown to the developer and later used in sales brochures. This example highlights the extensive glass walls and the outdoor patio, which is set for entertaining with furniture and tableware from shops like Van Keppel-Green or Frank Brothers.
