Japanese woodblock-printed book spread with fine black ink line work. Left page shows small vignettes of objects and figures with Japanese text labels above a scene of several robed figures gathered indoors. Right page depicts a woman in elaborate patterned kimono on a veranda with diagonal rain lines, and an upper vignette of a robed figure with halo amid stylized waves, surrounded by columns of Japanese text.
