Active in Kyoto from 1924 on journal "Shi to hanga". 1927 participated in 7th Nihon sosaku hanga kyokai exhibition, having gotten to know Fujimori Shizuo and others. Was living in Shimane Prefecture in this year. Participated in exhibitions for Nihon sosaku hanga kyokai and Shunyokai in 1928 and 1929. His work appears in Hanga number 14 and Hanga number 16, 1928 and 1930 respectively.
