Born 1993 in Kyoto, Japan, to parents who both were art school graduates, Nishimura metriculated from Kyoto Seika University in 2016 having studied drypoint etching. He immediately began exhibiting in Kyoto and was added to the stable of the Tolman collection in 2017.
